Claims Management
We assist and manage our client’s claims from the incident to settlement. Our goal is to reduce the burden of claim by ‘making it simple’ for the client.
In common we will:
- Discuss the circumstances of the loss and the policy coverage with you to determine how best to submit the claim.
- Help by lodging the initial claim notification to the insurer by phone and pre-populating a claim form if one is required.
- Use preferred experienced loss adjusters who understand our client’s business, are efficient and decisive.
- Explain to you upfront what information will be required to expedite the claim.
- Be mindful of what settlement is best for your business (repair or replacement) and negotiate with the insurer a settlement that works for you.
- Regularly inform you on the progress of your claim until a full settlement is reached.
